I stopped in the Monticello branch on 12/23/2024 to upgrade one of my phone lines to a better package and newer phone which I had an upgrade available. I dealt with the sales person Anthony Barton who totally botched everything. I was there on 3 occasions before I found out the truth from the two sales reps Brooke and Taran and they were great to deal with. Anthony never upgraded my package and added a third Line to my package with out my Knowledge. I spent a hour and a half with customer service deleting the 3rd line. He also told me if I traded my cell phone in, which was a I-phone 12 that the new phone was free. I found out that I was only entitled to a $350 discount on the new I-phone 16 that cost in the $1,100.00 Range and he never disclosed this to me. This guy has no idea what he is doing. Very unprofessional!!! This whole dealing with him was miss leading and badly handled. I would recommend not doing business with this store if he is the one handling things. I expect the proper people in charge or Anthony's Boss should be giving me a call to fix this horrible business transaction that Anthony has caused. Read moreAside from having technology available to buy, I wouldn’t recommend going here and i personally avoid going here to the best of my abilities. Coming here is actually a decent travel from where i live so it’s inconvenient and on top of that, every time i come in they try to sell me on the biggest and most expensive plans despite me obviously not needing it or wanting it. My first time starting a plan on my own they set me up with a business plan vs letting me decide on getting the basic starter plan. Personally I can’t afford to spend over $150 a month for 2 lines (without a contract or phone payments). I actually went in about a month ago to lower my plans (for me and my wife) and they only downgraded her plan. So instead of going in and dealing with these people playing games with me, it ultimately lead to me leaving AT&T and joining Mint mobile where the plan is literally less than half my AT&T bill. My daughters phone number needed to be connected to a new SIM. Prepaid customer service wouldn't do it without a 4 digit pin that they reset and sent it to the non working number...thanks... Anyways. Taren gave me 2 ATT sims that would absolutely not register to my daughters phone. She called prepaid customer service with me and did everything she could to have them help. Again, useless. So, I asked her for one last chance, I would gladly purchase the 3rd SIM card. Please just try again. She did and it worked! Her patience with me and dedication to helping was like no other.
