Extremely Unprofessional Experience

This was by far the worst experience we’ve had with a retail partner. The business owner was shockingly rude and unprofessional—we’ve never been spoken to the way he yelled at us over the phone. His behavior was completely unacceptable and frankly, appalling.

We’re a New England–made brand, and he had expressed interest in carrying our products in his store. After placing an order, he failed to send payment for months. Despite multiple follow-ups, there was no response—no communication at all. Then, after we repeatedly tried to resolve the issue professionally, he finally called us only to lash out and place the blame on us.

This is not how professional wholesale relationships should be conducted. I would strongly caution other makers against working with this business. Absolutely would...

Very cute local store! This place has a lot of fresh vegetables and fruits from a local farm with a large selection of jams and other small items (i.e. mugs, shirts, etc.). The beef jerky is also fantastic.

We went during the summer and it was around blueberry season. The blueberries were so delicious and so big as well! There is also a dog that wanders the store who is very calm and adorable.

Got a bit lost and certainly not sorry, because I happened upon Nadeau's- I picked up delicious strawberries, local honey and tomatoes and an added plus are the homemade chewy caramel candies - all sorts of flavors with coffee being my favorite - super yummy!
