I had a warranty issue with my new Kioti tractor, which I had purchased from a different dealer. Joe Signs and his employees were nothing short of professional and very helpful in taking the tractor right in and making the repairs. The repair took over 8 weeks, due to a parts issue at Kioti. Their US parts department in North Carolina were not cooperative with Joe in helping him get the parts. Their customer service wasn’t cooperative with me. The first time I talked with them, the girl didn’t do anything she said she would do, including getting back to me. The second time I talked with her, she did check on the parts and contacted me 40 minutes later, saying the parts were being shipped that day. I believe the parts had been there for a long time but no one was helping Joe and the girl didn’t check as she had told me she was going to. One week from then, I sent her an email at the same email address we had been using, telling her that I was still waiting for a phone number and name of who I needed to call concerning some sort of compensation, which she told me on both of our phone calls she would get for me. I still haven’t received a response. I was over 8 weeks without my mowing tractor and bucket loader in the middle of mowing season. The tractor had less than 23 hours on it and had a manufacturing defect in the engine. So Joe Signs is a great business and dealer. My Kioti has been great for what little I have used it. The Kioti company has been a poor company...
Read moreHello Prospective Stihl Purchasers, from a Former 20+ YEAR Stihl Man Contractor. DON'T BUY STIHL!!! JOE SIGNS Pwr and STHIL won't cover the repair costs eventhough equipment is still under Warranty. Joe Signs Power Equipment and Stihl will CONCOCT A CAUSE to blame the user for damages to the equipment so they don't have to pay for the parts or labor, eventhough you've way overpaid x2 (Simpson Pro half the cost better performance) for Sthil because you believed they stand behind their equipment you are going to be very very disappointed! Stihl Contractor grade is barely residential grade and way way overpriced and they're equipment won't last, stay far away from Sthil and Joe Signs they won't stand behind the equipment they sell. Another great American...
Read moreI went here for the first time recently with an old gas powered chainsaw that I thought only needed a new blade, but after talking with one of the men and the store, realized that there was a lot more wrong with it than I had thought. It was not worth fixing. He did show me some other chainsaws while I was there, And I ended up buying one that day, because he was very informative and not pushy at all! Which is huge for me. But he was very helpful and informative and I would definitely be shopping there on a regular basis for other household needs. And would recommend them to anyone looking for any kind of power tools or lawn mowers and whatnot! And they are locally owned...
