Visited in with my spouse following our college graduation out of town. Went in to get edibles for a family member, was unaware that you needed to be a member of the store. Doorbell said “Ring if you’re a non-member,” came in, offered my ID, the gentleman was extremely rude from the moment I entered the building. I asked for edibles because what smoke shop doesn’t sell edibles, and was mocked for asking for edibles in a shop that is advertised with “vape and bake” right on the front door. After being spoken to rudely the entire time because I’m not a member and a woman, I politely declined service and said I would find another shop. I didn’t realize you had to click the button to unlock the door and exit, and the same gentleman said verbatim, “Hey, college kid, read the sign.” This same man also took an entire five minutes to read my New York State issued ID, so maybe he should heed his own advice. Very poor customer service, would never shop here again and neither should you unless you want to be treated like an idiot for free...

As far as I can tell, this is a one-man operation. And let me tell you – Austin busts his butt. He's incredibly knowledgeable. I witnessed an interaction with another customer who was having an issue with her device. Austin did a great job troubleshooting the issue, fixing it, and explaining how to avoid it in the future. I wouldn’t be leaving a review unless it was utterly terrible or fricken awesome. That being said, your next trip to a vape place should be to this place. I rarely go to these places and when I do, I don’t know what I’m doing. The guy I dealt with treated me like a human and was way knowledgeable. He “believed” in his product and his business and I felt the prices were super fair. I was satisfied to the point that I shook his hand at the end and told him I will be back.
