Gave them another try and will not be buying pizza from here ever again. Pizza was super thin, dry and barely cooked. I could have made what cost over $25 for less than what they charged. Lazy prep by just throwing the ingredients in the middle of the pizza and the rest all dough. Owner obviously doesn't read reviews and only cares about his awards and newspaper review for being voted the best. Sorry your pizza is not the best. Service and food have deteriorated. Order food one time came in a few minutes early and the large tall guy jumped all over the person that I still had 8 minutes. I understand that and was just checking in. I ordered a pizza lite sauce and it was slathered in sauce and another time ordered no sauce because lite sauce must have a different meaning.. Ordered a no sauce pizza and it was burnt. Order 2 half subs that look like they were sat on and my husband said they the worst thing he has had. Neither were labeled since they were different subs put in the same bag. One of your employees told me to talk to the owner after the guy gave me attitude but chose not to. There's no consistency. I get fingers with a few fries and the next time I get fingers with a huge amount of fries. I get its a crazy busy place but everyone always looks miserable and unhappy. There's never any niceness except when the few girls work the register. Gave it many tries but this last time was the worst. Uodate: Adding to another bad experience that does not seem to stop. Ordered shells no sauce at one time and they were perfectly done. Ordered another time and they were burnt. Also, ordered a chicken finger dinner which is supposed to come with fries and (5) fingers not four. Five is what is on the menu and I only got 4. Called on both and was told why did we eat the shells and I only got 4 because of the size of the fingers. You advertise 5, I should get 5. The guy on the phone was very rude and obnoxious. I used to think this was a great restaurant and a local favorite. My whole family has been coming here for MANY years. Over the last 3-4 months they have continued to get my order wrong. I would always drive back to get it corrected, which they did. Then they would deliver me the new order and I would have to wait another 30 to 45 minutesfor it to come, all while having a house full of people. That is very inconsiderate and a major inconvenience. I keep ordering there because I know them and I enjoy their food but lately they just keep apologizing and that's it. Just today after working a long day at work I ordered 3 subs for pick up, I verified with the person the order twice, what happened... the order was wrong. They apologized and offered to make it again. It's raining, I spent over $31, and I'm hungry. I am not waiting anymore I requested my money back and they gave it to me. BUT I am never ordering from them again. If you cant get my order right after almost 10 mess ups you never will. I would leave 0 stars if I could.

I am going to correct my last post. I called the restaurant like Brendan said and spoke with Ben the manager. They asked that I give them another chance to make it right and they wanted to keep my business. They gave me a credit, which is not why I did this I have no problem paying for my food, however Sunday day for the Bill's game I ordered food and they FINALLY made it right. Wings were crispy and saucy as I ordered it. Pizza was cooked to perfection. I'm sorry it came to me leaving a negative review for them to get it right but I feel after many times getting it wrong I wanted to voice my concerns. My whole family goes there and I will continue to go there. This is one of the very few places where the owner actually works there. Western New York is a hot spot for numerous pizza and wing joints, litteraly can find 5 plus on any given busy street. Growing up in the Southtown in hamburg, there's ur great locations there and the farther north u go, the more options u have. Moving to cheektowaga within the last year, I've only ever gone to a couple places so far and not really looked for good pizza or wings. So I had a vacation weekend recently and with my friend and I looking for some really good pizza, we thought we would try this place as the pics and reviews seemed legit. We took out, but let's just say as i walked in to grab my order, u can just tell by the atmosphere and the workers that they have been doing this for a long time and seem to have their way of running their place down to a science almost, it screams "small time pizza place that delivers the goods" I ordered a large cheese with a few items and 20 wings. First off, the weight of these two items...... i felt like I was carrying a sheet and bucket of wings. Absolutely massive in size, they didn't skimp on anything. The pizza was gorgeous(yea I said it) loaded with plenty of toppings and a super nice thick crust that had a bit of crunch and a bit of doughyness to it. It had minimal flop but with so much toppings loaded on and tons of perfect cheese, it's gonna happen. Flavor was spot on, fresh ingredients for sure, sauce was tangy and sweet but intense on seasoning flavors as well in a good way. Great pizza. The wings were super big, plump, loaded with sauce beyond belief which is great, extra crispy and we got ten bbq charred and they were perfectly charred on the grill. I cannot say enough about this place, u guys definitely have a life long customer in me now for sure. And the price for what we got was well worth it, no regrets or anything on that front.
