Wish I could give negative stars. Tully Building Supply is the ABSOLUTE WORST! Paid for complete project upfront in full to lock material price. Call to setup delivery and asked how I want to pay 🤔… well, seeing as how I’m paid in full already, I’d really just like my material. Nope, seems prices have increased so I need to pay more before they’ll deliver. Huh, that’s why I paid in full upfront to avoid this!! So, even better…when trying to explain the situation Dave gets tired and just hangs up on you!! Outstanding customer service right?? Do yourself a favor and, avoid Tully Building Supply at all cost!! A building project is stressful enough without having to deal Tully Building Supply and, their UNTRUSTWORTHY actions and HORRIBLE...

We purchased the equipment with full expectations that it will be completely serviced and ready to go. We paid the price. Delivered ourselves. It came to us not serviced as promised and guaranteed. The tracks on the equipment were out of alignment and needed to be totally replaced. It was obvious that the company did not service of the equipment at all. They lied to us saying that they did. it was not operational after couple of hours of use. We end up paying the full price for new tracks and instalment. The integra supplies refused to pay us for our expenses and ignored their neglegence. Awfully experience. ...

Honestly avoid this place. They make you feel like dirt for even coming there. The people behind the counters literally hate their lives and try to make you hate yours. I've never in my life been to such a place that can make you feel like you're wrong for giving them business. No respect and honestly no customer service to be found in there. If the owners wanted to change it they would have to fire all staff behind the counter as they have not 1 spec of customer service in them. Don't believe me...
