Cooper Electric — Local services in Town of Union

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I'll describe the interaction, no how are you, just a "What do you want?" to which I reply, I had a few questions. Before I could finish saying this, I was cut off with "First one?" Even the man's coworker was surprised. Needless to say I did not purchase anything, I gathered my information and left. The associates are all friendly and knowledgeable. Store front isn't huge, but there's more than meets the eye. Flashlights, wires, tools, and even rock salt (best one I can find all around town). Prices are comparable to other similar locations, often times cheaper...

Went there based on their high rating. Wanted to connect a generator to an off grid cabin and needed technical help and equipment. Guy behind the counter had no interest in helping me. This rating is based on my experience only. Good luck...
