My fiancé and I had such an easy and pleasant experience with Frank Longo. And quick! We brought my engagement ring in for resizing. Frank told us how he would resize it and I panicked a little. But he was very matter of fact and very honest, didn’t try to push anything on us. So we decided to bring the ring back for resizing because we trusted him at that point. We were not disappointed. He kept us there when he cut it to make sure I was happy with the fit, and after quite a few attempts, we found the perfect size. 3 hours later, I got the call that the ring was ready and it’s absolutely!
