Village Green Apartment — Local services in Town of Van Buren

Ive been living here for 3 months. This is my first apartment and I am very happy with the place and the service provided. Trash and recycling is very easy here, there is assorted recycling dumpsters for cardboard, cans, and bottles, and there is a dumpster in every parking lot. Maintenance is very helpful and can help u the day of your issue sometimes even a few hours after calling. The only services that you have to pay for separate from the rent are electric(natty grid) and water. You are eligible for 2 cable boxes and 1 set of a router and modem as part of the rent. The rooms are well cleaned prior to move in and if there any issue at move in you can write it down and maintenance wont blame the issue on you(damage).There is a balcony however it is very small, and it is so small you couldn't put a chair out there at all. The apartment has baseboard heating so it heats up fast its part of the rent. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who wants an affordable place to stay but doesn't want to deal with the cheapness of apartments where management sucks, maintenance, and where there could be a vermin infestation. Village green is most likely to not have any of that! If they do they will fix...

Anyone been a lomg time resident of village green and seen a 125 rent increase last year and another 100 this year. My neighbors don't seem to be getting as high of an increase as me. My patio has been flooded for 4 years and my rent still goes up. Just wondering if it's just me? ...

Every year we been here go on 3 years they keep raising are rent and for what they got cheap appliances and a pathetic balcony u can’t sit out on and enjoy a cup of coffee I think there just driving us out of here we been perfect tenants don’t cause problems keep to are selves place...
