Vinyl Designs — Local services in Town of Van Buren

We wanted to get a “315” t shirt for my son before a performance he was having with his band. The shirts are featured prominently on Vinyl Designs website. My wife called a number of times and there was no answer. She left messages that were apparently disregarded. So, I got in the car and drove 15 miles to their store on Van Buren Road. I went in the store and wandered around for a minute before a young man came out and asked me what I wanted. I showed him a picture of the shirt and he immediately said” we don’t have them here”. I told him I’d take any color and he repeated that they don’t have to me and they’d have to me made. He asked when I needed it by and I said today. He said no way. It would take a day or two. I explained that we called and try to pre-order it, and no one would answer the phone. He just stood there with his hands in his pockets and shrugged his shoulders and said “no one answered the phone?” I shook my head and left. I couldn’t have been more disappointed, and this young man couldn’t have cared less. All this could have been avoided if they answered...
