This business does NOT need your business. He must be raking in the dough since he intentionally turned away a sale. Very rude from the moment we walked in and not very professional. Definitely not interested in helping neighbors. Spend your money elsewhere, maybe they will appreciate the business.

My son needed a carburetor for our old weed eater. Old man (OM) at the counter couldn't be bothered to look it up and was quite annoyed that my son didn't have a model number (it took my son 2 minutes to pull it up on Google, the old man didn't even try). OM finds out (online) they are discontinued so he can't order one. When my son asks about the ones he has out back for parts, he tells my son we are welcome to look for something out back if we want. My son climbs through a heaping pile of junk weed eaters between 2 sheds. Finds one that looks the same, spilling water and gas all over himself and drags it out. OM looks it over and tells us $20. Seriously?!?! It's junk, we only need the carb, and there's no guarantee it even runs. We asked if he'd take 10. He says he'd it throw it out first. He reminds us it's discontinued and we can't even buy them. I say I'll buy a new one first. He says "That's fine. It's not worth it to me." My money will not see the inside of that...

I purchased a Toro 26inch snowblower in early Dec. I found Don to be knowledgeable and professional. He didn't try to up sell me a more expensive machine than I needed. I found the Toro to be reliable and fairly efficient at moving snow out of my driveway. Even the larger banks where the plow piled up snow was quickly removed, with NO clogs ever. My only 2 complaints are minor the chute does not allow me to angel down as much as my old machine YardMaster that was 35yrs old. Also the YardMasters Briggs and Stratton engine was a little more powerful than Toro. The Toro does not throw the snow quite as far as the YardMaster did. This is not an issue for me, but if you really need to launch the snow may want to look into a more powerful machine. Overall a good value and a great machine I would reccomend this product and definitely would go through Don Hull for any Toro product. A great...

Just outstanding customer service! I recently got into go-kart restoration and knew very little about small engines. Instead of getting annoyed from not knowing the terminology of the engine parts and trying to explain what I needed, the owner ( Jeff Hull ) has taken time outta his busy schedule to not only figure out what the heck I was describing, but to explain the functionality and tips when installing whatever part i needed . This is a perfect example of why i will always continue to support our local "Ma & Pa " business. They actually care about each customer who walks through their doors.
