Verona Collective — Local services in Town of Verona

If I could give no stars I would!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!

I recently purchased a 1/2 oz of Trim and Proper Blackberry and CNY Provisions Cheetah Piss from The Verona Collective, and it was a complete disappointment. The so-called “top-shelf” buds were dry as dust, crumbling into powder at the slightest touch, and felt rock-solid—not at all organic or fresh. When I tried to exchange it for a fresh batch, they refused, offering the laughable excuse that “it must be the strain” or “the drying process for that strain.” Anyone who knows even a little about growing cannabis knows the drying and curing process is the same across the board, regardless of the strain. This wasn’t a strain issue—it was just poor quality, plain and simple.

To be fair, The Verona Collective does have some nice flower. Out of the four strains I’ve tried so far, only one was fresh and smoked at an 8/10 quality level. However, the rest—including this recent purchase—were either dry, poorly cured, or old batches deceptively labeled with “packaged on” dates to create the illusion of freshness. In reality, these batches were harvested months ago and left to degrade before packaging.

The brainless excuses from the staff and refusal to take responsibility show they care more about profits than quality or customer satisfaction. If The Verona Collective wants to maintain a good reputation, they need to stop selling stale, poorly cured flower, educate their staff, and implement a fair exchange policy. Why do you need to see my i.d 3 different times when you have 7 employees working but 1 customer in the store make it make sense. Very inconvenient time wise. Makes it seem like customers are untrustworthy. Youre telling me from entering (which you get i.d before you get into store) to then go up to the counter (WHERE IM IDENTIFIED AGAIN) to get a receipt to go to another counter where i get i.d again. Mind you every single employee can see you from the time you enter the building to walking around the circle they make you walk. HOW MANY ORDERS DID YALL SCREW UP TO HAVE TO MAKE...

Excellent people and excellent product. If you have questions, everyone is willing to answer and more than willing to give you any information you could possibly ask for. Very professional setup inside as well, glass cases with beautiful displays everywhere lol. They have just about anything you could need to enjoy your product as well as extra products to advertise their store (clothing for example).
