Captains Lana and Ken are true professionals. Using their 38 years of experience behind the “wheel” of their balloon, they offered us a personalized once in a lifetime proposal experience. Captain Lana worked with us to find an opportune time to fly, going above and beyond to make sure the weather was perfect (and safe!) for our flight. She also took the time to make our proposal mid-flight incredible and ensured we had many photos to remember this moment! Captain Ken’s steady arm and keen direction and Captain Lana’s excellent video taping made the proposal easy and beautiful and one we will never forget! We are forever grateful for their time and help in making our moment special. Mark and I had an amazing adventure in the air. It was nice out and the landing was smooth. The view was breath taking and phenomenal . We seen how small everything was in the air, crossed highways where we waived and had a few horn honks,seen animals, lakes, beautiful houses, and many trees. Captain Lana entertained us with great stories and the couple with us, christopher and christine,was great and fun to be around. Over all Lana made our experience exciting and fun. I definitely will be going back again in the future with my boyfriend Mark. I would say this was one of the best birthday gifts i experienced with him....

Highly recommend to all, this was the perfect experience! We took my sister here as a birthday gift and had the most amazing time. Lana and Ken have been flying for 39 years and are incredibly friendly, professional, and experienced. Lana checked in with us on the phone to give us all the details and she is truly the kindest person I have ever met.
