I came to this location to pick up a U-Haul and was extremely disappointed with the service. When I arrived, the owner told me to wait a few minutes for his colleague to return. I waited 15 minutes. When the colleague finally came back, I was told he was “busy right now” and that he’d “get with you eventually” — no estimated timeframe, just vague responses.

After another 20 minutes passed, I asked again when he might be available. Once again, all I got was, “I’ll get to you eventually.” I explained multiple times that I was in a rush, but he continued to dismiss it without any clear update.

Ten minutes later, I asked again, and only then did he say it would be “another 15 minutes.” At that point, I simply didn’t have more time to waste, so I got into my car to leave. The second he saw me in my car, he suddenly came running out, ready to help.
