From the moment I stepped inside the door, I was greeted with a warm and friendly welcome by the owner Mackenzie. The store itself is beautifully designed and has a very calming atmosphere that instantly put me at ease.

The selection of products is impressive, with a wide variety of scented candles, soaps, bath bombs, and more. I was particularly impressed with the quality of the products and the attention to detail that goes into each one. You can tell that the team at Serendipitous really cares about providing their customers with the best possible experience.

Not only is this adorable shop an excellent local hotspot for home and wellness, but the staff is extremely well-versed in their ingredients, processes, and medical benefits. The owner is generous, kind, and ever so talented at crafting every fragrance, candle, lotion, and soap and passing on her knowledge and wisdom to the rest of her employees - who all adore working for her and have been with her for years. Their CBD workshops are incredibly insightful, and one of my favorite things about this business is that they support other local businesses as well, and always have the best intentions for their customers. I wish I had known about this gorgeous store sooner. If you need gifts or something for yourself, look no further. From homemade oils, lotions, soaps, skincare etc to boutique clothing, they have everything! And the prices are extremely reasonable. What really did it for me was finding a little gift in my bag just now when I was putting everything away, just to say thank you for the support.
