Hate the manager!!! Read below !Love the Napanoch tractor supply! Very clean!!They need to get rid of their manager GALE! He has no customer service skills, he is very rude. I’m a very outgoing person. There were 2 people on register a lady (Wendy) welcome to tractor supply! Then Gale who said nothing! So I went to purchase some chickens and ducks this day. I wanted 4 chicks and 2 ducks . Gale literally belittled me in the store . He raised his voice to me and my daughter it was unbelievable. Bc it’s policy 6 chicks and 6 chicks. I said ok I didn’t know. So I went back and got 6 of each. Problem solved! But I went back another day and there was another “manager Carl” there very nice guy I asked him about a certain type of chicken he helped me find on my phone also. Good looking store clean but female management ain't the smartest ask her for a bag of hardwood pellets she said they outside not in store yet but I can buy something I dont want .trying to sell me a blended bag of pellets that is soft wood and hardwood telling me it's the same and does the same .I told her sorry no it's not hardwood burns better to me and less ash and nice heat the other bag is like buying Walmart pellets.
