Holy WOW!!! 🤩 I’ve heard from friends and family that this place is great, but man oh man! 🔥 🔥 🔥 Cut little on the corner spot with a hopped up menu of fabulous combinations. I had “The White Collar” and it was one of the best pies I’ve ever had. Covering the perfect dough are carmelized onions, fire roasted mushrooms, garlic confit, arugula (which I omitted), pesto and whipped ricotta. And when it says mushrooms it doesn’t mean white caps- take a look at those babies in the pics! The owner makes all his mozzarella from scratch and it’s mouth watering. Hot honey? They got it. Like broccoli rabe? You’re covered. I’m telling you- check out the killer menu! And they have some serious donuts too - Specialties like cannoli, p,b&j, s’mores along with “you can’t go wrong” sugar and cinnamon. I don’t leave many reviews but this food was over the top AND ver reasonably priced. I’ll be back!

We randomly stopped by this new pizza and donut food truck and are so glad we did. The pizza was delicious — crispy crust, great sauce, and super fresh toppings. And the donuts? Still warm and perfectly fluffy. You can tell they care about the quality of what they’re making. Hard to believe they just opened last week — they’re already nailing it. Definitely rooting for them and will be back when we’re back in town!

PULL OVER! If you’ve ever doubted stopping at a food truck on the side of the road- you’re missing out big time. This is the best pizza I’ve had outside of the city! Sauce, perfect. Cheese, the perfect pull. The dough?! Forget it- amazing! I will be dreaming about the GodFather pizza until I get here again. So good!!

The Tin Can truck came to my son’s rehearsal dinner last night. A party of 27 people. OMG, everyone loved everything. The crust was perfect. Somehow crisp and a little chewy at the same time with just the perfect little burnt flavor. High quality delicious toppings all perfectly fused with the crust. And then the donuts. Warm and fresh and amazing. I think the s’mores was the winner. I loved the classic but I never got around to a s’mores. A few ranked pb&j as #1. The salad was delicious too. Chef Tony and his wife and biz partner Kelly provided outstanding service. From planning the event to the onsite prep and service everything was easy, calm and organized and they were both a delight. And a surprise at the end to get all the leftovers for today. I’m 61 years old, love travel and good food but I’ve never posted a review before. For Tin Can I felt...

We stopped by before we went for a hike and they weren't open for business for the day yet. So the whole hike i was thinking about that pizza and donut. So glad we drove back and indulged in both! Pizza was crispy delicious and great flavor and unique. We ate the donut before pizza bc it was coming out hot and fresh. So yummy. Highly recommend!! We will be planning hikes to be able to stop here to treat ourselves...
