I am rating this establishment with one star due to its absolute unprofessionalism in kicking my mother out of the store. She went in to leave packages to be returned through ups, and was asked/told very rudely to leave. She was given two reasons for leaving. One was her packages didn't have a qr code, however when she tried to inquire about one, she was simply told to look at the example on the door and not given any other advice about how to go about getting one for her packages. When she tried to show them what the return instructions were for her packages, she was rudely informed "we get nothing out of sending back your packages anyways." She was then told "you can leave and take your packages to Arkport." Absolutely unprofessional, furthermore your company has lost a client that not only spent several hundred dollars for your services but was prepared, until today, to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy rating is based solely on thier UPS shipping for the return of packages. Since I have not used them for any computer or IT related issues I cant review on that but the shipping was more of a hassle than anything! Be sure you know they charge 5$ fee to print you a return label and they cannot use a QR code for Amazon returns! Kind of crazy fees to me seeing as a PC of paper and ink might cost them a total of 50c and it's a press of a button. Their response was they are a UPS service center not a shipping store and if that is the case UPS should accommodate them with the correct programs to make returns easy and accessible to customers and the store should not be allowed to price gouge on a PC of paper and some tape. Although the staff was friendly, I will return my stuff elsewhere in the future for cost efficiency, and...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy daughter's Nintendo Switch Lite was dropped and had an error code. Nintendo wanted $90 to have it shipped and repaired. I thought I would take a chance here at Wellsville Computers. I was told that they would take a look at it.
After a few days, I was given a call and informed that they were unable to find an exact diagnosis - "It's probably a faulty motherboard." I had to pay $35 to get my daughter's Switch back with no result besides being out the money only to be told to send it to Nintendo anyways...š
All in all, I feel that if they had told me that they weren't confident in being able to fix a video game console with this type of issue, I would not have gambled with them doing "diagnostics".
I hear great things about their computer and phone servicing, so please don't let this review steer you from...
