The Arena — Restaurant in Town of Wellsville

The chicken & seasoning was delicious. The white meat was still juicy! The breading was much better the second time, as it appeared they changed the oil. It did not have a dark brown color and off taste like the first time we went. The fries were cooked perfectly but the "fresh vegetable of the day," broccoli, seemed to have been cooking for a week, was mushy and army grey-green in color. There is no other vegetable option in the sides list. Their pizza and Greek salad were good with good portion sizes. They have the best hard & soft ice cream around, Seneca Farms & Upstate Farms respectively. The small soft cone I got was the smallest small cone I have ever had. It did not cover the top of the cone edges and was very short. The cone was not weighed and the server was not proficient at making a cone. Was so excited to try the Arena during my yearly visit to Wellsville after hearing raving reviews from my parents! My family of 12 ordered takeout and we were SO pleased with how fast the turn around time was, how PIPING hot the food still was when we got home, and how incredible all the food was! We all got different things and found ourselves trying a little bit of everything, eventually leaning back in our chairs and realizing how stuffed and satisfied we were. There wasn’t a single thing we disliked! You can tell Gabriel and Isabelle poured their hearts and souls into this place and we can’t wait to see it flourish even more! My whole family (including 4 toddlers) ate almost all of their meals and even my picky eater husband said that he WILL be getting it again before we head back south by the end of the week. This is our first time visiting this restaurant, we ordered chicken dinners for my wife and I.

Chicken was really.good, not greasy!

They have a bunch of different dips you can order and I picked the umami, sweet, hot, and just a little twang.

Be careful though the heat might sneak up on you, but it is very good.

Mac and cheese was on point with the white cheddar.

Mexican street corn bites were good as were the onion rings.

Going to be back to try thier pizza, it looked good on a table nearby.

Restaurant is clean inside and out.

Staff is young, so they can be a little slow, but no mind, they will grow and learn.

The owner is very nice.
