Went in today and there were two women working the counter. I placed my basket up and i didnt immediately begin unloading it, as i started to grab my wallet. But then, who i can only assume was the working supervisor, rudely said to me “hey brother, you gotta unload that yourself”. Verbatim. The 2nd sentence she said to me. I was so caught off guard, i thought i was in the wrong and apologized. But looking back that was rude af miss, and unnecessary. You ruined my day. I worked in a grocery store for 3 years, i understand dealing with customer service can be frustrating in the long term. However, that is no excuse to blatantly allow those frustrations to directly effect your patronage’s experience. Also, the prices here are high, u might as well go to wegmans. and the “managers special” prices are a joke, i paid $6 for a box of “reduced” mini wheats. in combo with the rude service, itll be a while before i consider busters market again. Read moreNice little convenience store - a bit pricey but much better than driving 15-20 minutes to a big-name store if you need to quickly grab something, especially with gas as expensive as it is. Speaking of gas, they have pumps (maybe 4? I can't remember) and gas is competitively priced. They have a good selection for such a small store and it's nice to support local business. They offer non-dairy alternatives, fresh fruit and veg, and have a deli counter.
