Dollar General — Local services in Town of Yorkshire

Dollar General is moving into every small town in the area. The problem is that once the stores are open for a year or so is that the managers must stop caring what the store looks like. The Yorkshire store is no different. The shelves are cluttered and out disorderly from past customers changing their mind and putting items on the shelves wherever they are standing. It makes the store look dirty and disorganized. I only go in the store anymore when no one else in town has what I need. They usually don't have what I need either. They need to clean up the mess and make it easier to find what they have and maybe I'd change my mind. They would also have to be a lot more friendly to get more...

I stopped in for two miss you cards. Their selection is VERY limited. They really just have birthday, sympathy and wedding cards. There were two women ahead of me in line. The first one couldn't find her debit card. The next one picked up a 12 pack of cans of soda and one of the cans was leaking all over the floor. Those two finally got through and I paid cash for my cards and left but there were four people behind me. There was another employee behind the counter, just watching. I feel she should have opened another lane or cleaned up the mess...

Workers refuse to come to the checkout, ive left countless times because its yet another DG without employees. They talk on phone about personal things or smoke outside. Don't bother wasting time here and Delevan location unless you want to stand at checkout...
