Extremely helpful and kind staff. Needed supplies and a snow blower so I traveled from Lackawanna, NY as this store was the only store locally with a snowblower due to the 80"+ November storm that hit. South Buffalo, Lackawanna, Orchard Park and Hamburg, NY were hit very hard by the snow. Town plows were unable to get through on many streets due to stranded vehicles and commercial vehicles (the thruway was closed due to weather) I placed my order for the snowblower online to ensure that I would be able to get it on Monday night. Early Tuesday morning I received an email stating the confirmation that my order was ready for pick-up. The staff were so nice, helpful and empathetic with my situation. They assisted me with processing the paperwork and helped me find a few other items. Exceptional staff.........

This place always has 5 ppl standing at the door to greet you an not to mention while you have a audiance watching you walk out the door. The exit door was broken an hand to push it open an it swung open an an came back an hit my 3 year old while I was holding my 2 year old an. He wasn't hurt in any way but one employee there made a big chuckle about my son getting hit by the door an thought it was very disrespectful an as I asked if they laughed about it the manager lied to cover for...

There was 5 employees standing around, knowing the door was broken and seeing a father walk out with 2 small kids. Nobody thought to open the door. But when my 3yr old son got hit by the door. They had no problem chuckling over it. Rude and Inconsiderate employees. Happened on 2.9.2025. morning shift. If you can have 5 employees standing around. You should have some hold open the door for people...
