This is probably the worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to. It consistently (even before Covid) is out of advertised items, makes mistakes with orders, has unhelpful customer service and is just an all around hassle. I was excited to have them when they first opened, they're less than 3 mins from my home & were open late. Now that there is one in Arcade, that has much better service & keeps items in stock, I'll drive the extra miles & go there from now on. Today I ordered a Salted Caramel Ice Cap Supreme and, as usual, there was spillage all over the cup so it was sticky and wet & they didn't even remember to add the caramel topping. I sat at the drive thru for a minute to try & get their attention & decided it wasn't worth the wait, or the attitude. On another recent visit I ordered 4 coffees and some food & when I asked for a cup carrier I was given an eye roll. And they were out of potato wedges. Not all the servers are like that & there are some very friendly people here, but generally there seems to be an attitude of 'just get your stuff, get out of the way & don't ask questions'. I'm also not the only one who has had these issues at...
Read moreWent inside today to use the restroom and get a drink. I noticed a few things today during my visit. no one wearing a hairnet.. especially the boy with long shaggy hair making drinks, but I seen not one person wearing one. I couldn’t even tell you who would be supervising on shift as everyone was walking around with no head on their shoulders. the girl on s/s contaminating her gloves between orders and not changing them.. I worked at Tim Hortons before and they couldn’t even make my strawberry lemonade right. Ice, syrup then lemonade? Overloaded in syrup as he didn’t use the guidelines for the drink. Some training and leadership needs to be taken. Where’s the person that is servsafe or supervising that should be taking control? A bunch of children. No wonder every time I drive by they’re backed up. Now that I know how they’re set up I will be not be stopping again....
Read moreWent there this in the drive in morning paid with my card , i didn’t realize that i had left with out my credit card . Went back later that day to retrieve my credit card . Asked the guy at the counter if he could locate my card that was left there . I told him my name and he went to retrieve a bag with at lot of cards in it ( so them not returning customer cards in the drive in seems to be common occurrence ) to help him shuffle thru the 80 cards i narrowed it down And told him it was green said it was a NFCU credit card , at that point he kept asking what color and that i have to show my ID at that point i told him to show my card and i would gladly prove my ID. Then he stopped looking and i left. Thanks for the hassle of getting a new card. I would rate customer service a -1 for not checking for a green NFCU card. If you are missing a card more than likely...
