I'm not the type to post reviews online but that's how furious I am with this apartment. First of all, employees were very courteous and responsive. I am just frustrated with their policy and management. When we first moved in, we went through the check in process where we were able to look for discrepancies and note them in the check in inspection. Thats was good. 4 months after I rented, I noticed mold starting to grow in the bedroom ceiling and we noticed a dark spot around the area where the mold is growing which to me obviously looked like a cover up of whatever that was causing the mold or the mold itself. I told the maintenance and he told me to clean it up with vinegar and let him know when things got worse. I said ok and it didn't seem to get worse in that spot beacuse we kept up in cleaning. I had horrible allergy symptoms whenever inside the bedroom during allergy season and i couldn't figure out why until it came time to move. We moved our furniture and stuff out of the closet and we found mold growing like crazy in hidden areas. I'm not an expert but this cannot be a problem that recently occurred. They must have known that there is a mold problem. There was no moisture inside the room that would cause what you see on the photo so it must have came from behind the wall and in to the room. It's so bad the it grew into some of our furniture and we had to get rid of them. My neighbor said she had mold issue too. When it came time to check out the maintenance person went through every detail on what needed to be cleaned. We had a dog so he used a tool to check for pet urine and he flipped over the carpet to look for stains in the carpet. They want the apartment spotless or they will charge you for cleaning. Which I wasn't thrilled about but ok with since we are not professional cleaners and I knew it needed more cleaning. I expected some money to be taken out from my deposit for cleaning. When I received the details of the charges that's when it made me furious. They charged me almost $500 to replace a carpet for stains that I wasn't allowed to personally verify that it didn't exist when I moved in. My dog is potty trained and i have only seen her pee in the designated potty mat. I'm not saying she is perfect but there is no way that she peed on a carpet to the point in that it needed replacement. I called and complained but of course, they would not budge on their position. If it wasn't for my job requirement to have good credit standings I would have not paid for this ridiculous charges and sued them for making me stay in mold infested apartment. If you decide to stay here make sure you have plenty of extra money when you move out. Update: They replied to my review after 5 freakin' years....it's January 2025...I posted in 2019.....🙅🤷🤦

One of the cleanest complexes I have lived at, very tucked away with tons of green space. The office and maintenance are very quick to respond to concerns or requests. Neighbors are all respectful and quiet for the most part. Parking has never been an issue. I have now lived there on two separate occasions and both experiences were positive.

Pros: The staff is very friendly, the price is reasonable for the area, and water is included in the monthly rate

Cons: This complex is not very military friendly (I had problems with my neighbors smoking weed and the smell seeps in through the walls and gets on my uniform) all the complex did for this issue is they placed notices out saying smoking weed is not allow on the property. I had mold problems in my daughter's bedroom but they were too cheap to get any type of mold test done to see if any of the mold could be toxic so I had to pay for that out of pocket. This complex has a problem with cars getting broken into, my car got broken into so I asked the complex if the could review the security camera videos, that's when they told me only 2 cameras on the ground are real (one focused on a tree branch and one not focused at all) I asked the complex if they had plans on getting actual security cameras but they told me it would be too expensive. Since then they have repainted part of the office and have started completely remodeling their gym. The only part of this complex that actually has some type of security is the office unless you place security cameras in your window to...

We lived here for 2 years and it wasn't bad, but it also isn't anything spectacular. There is an issue with mold and mildew, even with dehumidifiers. Our dealings with the staff were always pleasant. Upon move out, we were told that there was a $100 dollar cleaning fee unless we cleaned it ourselves (pretty clean people). I just thought that was odd because I thought all apartments had cleaners come after a tenant moved out regardless. The prices have increased in my opinion much too much for what you're going to get. The appliances, cupboards, and counters are not up-to-date and the apartments are tiny and old. They also charged us $600 upon moving out for a carpet cleaning which we were given for free after signing the lease for another year. There were the tiniest scratches on the counter tops and we're being charged $380. Approach...
