Country Corner Produce — Local services in Travelers Rest

Nice little country store selling locally grown goodies. The peaches are some of the best I've had which tastes better than conventionally grown box store peaches and likewise with other produce as well. The hot boiled peanuts are quite tasty, but beware they take a few minutes to cool down enough to eat. I must also mention the watermelon, back to what I said previously, it is way better than what you can buy at the chain box store's. We bought a big bag worth for $20. They had big baskets worth for $30. They are truly tasty and worth it, but don't squeeze the peaches. They have signs up about that. Nice little stand on side of road heading up rt 25 towards NC. Seasonal selections and lots of local jams, including the most delicious fig Jan I’ve ever had. They sell raw milk and local cheese. Prices are definitely steep for a stand, even more than most stores.
