Please take your business elsewhere! It took 1.5 years of complete dissatisfaction on just a bathroom vanity. Everything was wrong; I had to continue to call to see if my vanity ever came in and was always told it should be on the next delivery truck. All of a sudden it came in and when they went to install it it was much to big depth wise which it had to go back to be cut down. I was told it was a great quality Amish custom made cabinet and it was nothing more than tall kitchen cabinets so no drawers and it very tall. Everyone that sees it asks why my bathroom vanity is soooo tall. Also, they never fastened the sink down so I had water leaking into my basement. They never installed a back splash until I asked for that. The door all had to be replaced because the tops were barely painted and sanded. The call around the sink came out so they recalled and it still came out. There is bare unpainted edges on the cabinets that are bare wood never was painted so they gave me some paint to paint it! How do you like that for an easy job of just getting a bathroom vanity replaced? Please stay away from this...

Jeff the salesperson was supposed to come to my house last Wednesday, never called to confirm, never called to say he would be late and I called the store and he answered and put me on hold for a bit - he then came on and gave me a "load of excuses" of why he didn't come, lost track of time, etc. then he said he'd like to reschedule and we decided on Friday at 6pm. 6 o'clock on Friday comes and no show, no call nothing - presumably, he forgot about me - ha. I called Saturday (today) and they said he forgot to pencil me in. WOW. How frustrating and inconvenient for me. I'm looking at a complete redo of my bathroom and kitchen. THUMBS DOWN. Not a good beginning.

UPDATE: Joe from the Wyandotte location called me since Jeff didn't show up for the previous two appointments and said he would come Thursday, March 28, 2019 at 3:00pm. GUESS WHAT - he never showed up or called to tell me he would be late. THREE STRIKES - YOUR OUT! They lost money as I am going to get my bathroom and kitchen regutted. Guess they don't...

My parents, Joe and Dorothy M, Trenton, had their bathroom remodeled in December 2016 and are so pleased with the results. When I took them to see Jeff at the Trenton KDI showroom, he was extremely nice and helped them select all the items needed for their remodeling which included the walk-in shower, vanity, counter top, water-saving toilet, lighting, beautiful easy to care for flooring, all the accessories, and many more things. The bronze color used throughout is gorgeous. Also, the men who did the work were excellent, arrived on time, and cleaned up after each day's work. We highly recommend KDI and now know who to contact when ready for another...
