My 5 year old laptop was making some strange noises and a knocking sound. Initially made a mess up with them by asking silly questions over the phone, but Carrie (think that was his name) was patient and took the time to explain why he wasn’t able to answer the questions without seeing the laptop first. We took it into the shop and as soon as he turned it on and he heard the sound, he knew what the problem was. Gave us a quote and an estimated time of the next day to complete the repair but we got a text only a couple of hours later to say it was done! Again he was really patient but thorough with the explanation on what was done and things to do to maintain it for as long as possible. Stuck to the original quote and only made additional purchase suggestions he thought we genuinely needed.

Great local business. You will lose nothing and gain much by using this location instead of a big box store. Not only is turn around time 15x faster than taking something to geek squad, staples, etc. but it also come with knowledgeable instruction. After digging myself into a hole trying to fix something I only had light understanding of and making it much worse I called two hours before close and got my laptop back by the end of the next day better than new. Pictures were sent during the repair process I was kept informed and presented a variety of different options at varying price points to chose from when selecting new hardware that I was upgrading. Will use again for all my future pc needs. The Owner here stay 1.5 hrs+ after close to make a sale or a customer with lots of questions happy. However you want to look at it. Yes, he spoke in ways I didn't understand but I had back up. My son understood this language and was on top of it. Without a problem... computer words was flying around the room.
