Horrible experience, I was charged 70 dollars which was claimed to be the service and insurance, but when I finally got my phone on and transferred fully it says I need to add insurance. And my bill is 49 a month. So in all reality what did I pay for. If I was charged and still have to pay for the insurance what was the 70 dollars for?? I called the store 6 different times for no one to answer the phone. The guy there transferred my phone without see if it was unlocked. Which he caused me a hassle of not having a phone for 24 hrs. Because my phone was locked through Verizon for no reason it was paid in full. Something that could have all been avoided he could have just looked through my setting but I spend 24 hrs on the phone with Verizon and metro. Driving back and forth to different metros and Verizon’s. To get no where to be even paying more money. I’ve been told metro is great, but as a first time customer I’m regretting switching. I’ll be switching to another provider as soon as possible. I don’t like being ripped off or scammed and that’s exactly what this was a giant scam. Speaking to metro 1800 number they told me I shouldn’t of been charged 70 it should of been less. If my plan is only 49 dollars and no insurance was added like I asked why was it 70 dollars? so metro corporate will be opening an investigation...
Read moreMy Wife needed assistance with Her cellphone. The Technician helped Her out greatly. He told Her to call the main office. She did so in the car outside the office. The Technician Helped Her out Wonderfully and My Wife is very Happy and pleased. I would recommend this business to Anyone. I hope that this helps.
7-30-2035- and I am now almost six months past 67 years old. This official automatic outlet and that seemingly rough experience that is shared by most is still a very pleasant place. Waiting for a technician is no fun for Anyone. However, upon being waited on by a technician, things go Amazingly fast-paced. I had a really pleasant time in this office. I still would recommend this business to Anyone. I still hope...
Read moreI sent my mom up to metro to ask for help setting up her new iPhone (I’m out of town) and they tried to charge her 40 dollars?!!! Mind you all you have to do is connect to Wi-Fi and log into an iCloud account to set the phone up. She’s been very loyal to metro and that store specifically, but trying to take advantage of a non-tech savvy person is not okay. I can understand a small fee for the few minutes it would’ve taken to help but that was the equivalent of charging $40 to fill someone’s tires with air. Do better—you just lost a customer, and it doesn’t look like I’m the first reviewer to...
