If you live in the Triad area, this little shack in the middle of a nowhere bumwiz corn field, is where you go for beef. Shuler's can't compete. It's cut per order. Cow parts hangin in the back. Near pre-covid pricing when buying in bulk. I've noticed that the meat lasts twice as long in the fridge, if it ever gets that far. And it tastes so much better than the trash at the grocery.

I love shopping here however this is the second time I have gotten steaks and something was wrong when I got home. The first time I asked the new lady for bone in ribeyes, got home they were boneless. Second time (same lady)I asked for my steaks to be cut thinner, got home and they were cut super thick. Well they are nice and greet you upon your order. You don't have to have exact sizes of the cut you want. They're really good at cutting using your 👌🏽 hand to show measurement.
