My favorite store for all my spices. The spice room is always stocked with fresh spices. If they don't have it just ask and they can help you. Very friendly. There baking room is outstanding and has everything for all your baking needs. Let's not forget the candy molds and melting chocolate. They have a sugar-free and gluten free Section. Let's not forget the coffee and hot cocoa, fresh eggs and greens and so much more. So worth the trip to explore all the awesome stuff in this Barnstead...

My spouse and I are new to homesteading and quickly realized that $5 a bag of King Arthur flour was not sustainable for us. Called Barnstead to ask about a 50lb bag of KA bread flour and it was around $30! So much cheaper than the grocery store and friendlier service. Picked up a few other things to try before we buy in bulk while we were here. Worth the drive from Elmira for the value...

This store has everything. You can find spices, canning supplies, sugar-free candy, health foods, foods for a variety of lifestyles, Keto, Paleolithic, gluten free, vegan etc. They can even order what they don't have in stock. They can even make gift baskets!!!! Really a hidden gem....
