Ann's Salon — Local services in Troy

I've gone twice to this salon already, and can say I'll definitely be going by back! It's a comfortable environment whether you want to chat things up like old friends or just chill and bask in hair pampering (one of the most relaxing hair washes, A+, would recommend even if you don't need a wash).

The hairdressers are charming and professional. I appreciate how they'll check in throughout your appointment to make sure you're getting the look you want. Even if you change your mind halfway like me and want to cut more off.

Great deal on pricing, very affordable: 1st visit got a wash, cut, conditioning treatment, and bought product for $56. 2nd visit wash and cut for $25. Would recommend bringing cash, as card IS accepted however there's an additional fee.

Only downside is the parking situation. There's a couple spots directly in front of the salon, but if full with other cars it's a tight space that can make backing out into the road a little sketchy. Otherwise there's the gas station lot right nextdoor, or a small lot on the opposite side of the building. Still, be careful as some spots are specifically designated for other businesses. New to the area, and looked carefully on the salons locally. I went in for an estimate one day and immediate attention to customers. Ann is amazing with her service, jokes, and professionalism. Booked an appointment and Ann did an amazing job listening to my needs, repeating it back to me to be clear. Did a color with light color correction at ends from original color black color hair to this burgandy berry red. Also did wash, blow dry and style. Pricing is amazing for quality results! I went to Ann's Salon for the first time Friday. Ann was wonderful and did a great job on my hair. I felt like she knew exactly what I wanted and before I even knew it! The color turned out beautiful and she would not accept anything less. Ann warned me she would stock me to make sure I was happy and she delivered. She checked in on me yestereday to make sure I still love it and I do. I appreciate a person who takes pride in their work and practices good old fashioned customer service to ensure repeat business.
