Visited again staff was still unpleasant. No hi, welcome, or thanks. I guess if you're not a regular or don't fit the "typical" customer they have they treat you different.

Been in here a few times. Normally nice staff. I don't like it when I ask a question to a employee and they act like it's the biggest inconvenience ever! Before automatically opening your mouth and assuming everything is priced why don't you actually go look! I wouldn't be asking the price on something if it had a clear price! Before this I asked another employee a question and they were at least nice but clearly poorly trained and couldn't answer my question on pricing either. I used to really enjoy this store, however not so much lately. They really have upped their prices and I find a lot of clothes with stains. When I brought the stain to their attention and asked if they’d discount it, I got a lot of attitude and “I don’t see a stain. I mean it’s only $3. Do you want it or not.” The woman was clearly upset that I asked if they would discount it for the stain. Like red face and all……… not sure why I upset her. I’ve seen them over price fake bags and claim they are real. I understand it’s run by older ladies, but...

I absolutely LOVE shopping at Anna's Closet! Thank you to everyone who works so hard there and makes it such a pleasant experience. I also like when you have dollar days so close to Christmas time that way I'm able to get my kids some things...
