Hello, I have to say for the 30 plus years I have been buying workshoes this was the best experience I have ever had. In all reality I took my son who is 11 for a pair. The experience we received and genuine care about the comfort he had was awesome. I know it was just work shoes. But they have everything there. Jen is amazing. I've suffered with recurring neuroma's for years. She designed a "dancer's " insert for me and after trying it on I was blown away! I was in tears!
