If I could put 0 stars, I would. I had my ball drilled wrong and had to take it elsewhere to be redrilled. Then I tried multiple times to open bowl when I made a reservation and waited 45 one time and an hour the next, only to end up leaving both times because I was tired of waiting. The owners wife actually was considerate and you could tell felt bad, but the owner was rude and nasty and could honestly care less. Maybe if she ran it I'd come back but I won't be wasting my time with this alley due to the owner's attitude and lack of empathy towards making you wait an hour to bowl.
