Family Dollar — Local services in Trumann

Spent 30$ on amazon cards that wouldn't work. Was on the phone with amazon for over an hour to find out that the cards weren't activated correctly so I rushed back to try to get them activated correctly but when I arrived at 9:57 they already had the doors locked and wouldn't even attempt to help resolve my problem by simply just scanning the Barcode that my amazon card came in...I will never spend another penny in a store where the employees blatantly off...

Customer service there is terrible. The cashiers and the manager are duty we’re both completely ignored me and we’re rude to me when I asked to check out. A customer checked out in front of me and then the cashier just walked away. Leaving me standing in line waiting with no explanation. There aren’t many places to shop in Trumann, but clearly my business will be going...

It's okay. It's a dollar store. Always crowded with crap and junk, but if u need a quick house cleaning stuff, and do not feel like going to Walmart than I guess this place works. Register people always nice. But as stated, store is always crowded with crap in the ills. Hard to maneuver around other people as the ills are to close and junk...
