We have been purchasing from Shannon since 2012- a King Hickory sectional that still looks and feels great!, two recliner chairs, and another sectional. We have sent several family and friends who were well taken care of. Our most recent purchase was awesome- Shannon is so sweet and helpful and KNOWLEDGEABLE. In fact I emailed her my room size and the size i needed to stay within and when i showed up she came to greet me with THREE options and printouts so i wouldn’t waste time or get overwhelmed. Let me tell you. I thought customer service & anyone being good at their job was literally dead in America until I went here. I had been at another furniture store & asked for swatches of the newly released Rowe fabric line I had seen them show on Instagram from market, but the salesperson told me they hadn’t received them yet and it’d be a while. Shannon (the owner of Barnett) went out of her way to contact Rowe and get me samples even though they weren’t released yet to the vendors! She was so timely & helpful through the whole thing and it was very unexpected as I haven’t received service like that...

The best furniture shopping experience possible. From the minute you walk in you’re greeted by the sweetest ladies & they make the process of picking furniture, fabric, etc so great.
