Subway — Restaurant in Trussville

9/19/2024 8:40 P.M. Two Ladies one was blonde no problems with her but the one with white hair has some serious anger issues she needs to deal with. I accidentally touched the glass and it moved an inch and she made it clear if it ever felt she would be leaving and would not clean the mess (which I'm not sure which mess it would cause since everything was in its slot). Then when I asked if the screws were in place just having trying to conversate she said "THE GLASS MOVES" as if I'm an idiot. Then I misheard her a couple of times throughout the process of her helping me and she would raised her voice at me with agitation again like I'm an idiot. Then when I was talking to the other lady asking her about what the sauces were because I had forgot the name of one my wife likes and some didn't have names on them. She once again did what she did before telling me one was oil and another was vinegar.

I'm not sure if she's mad because she has to work late or because I'm coming within the last hour of closing (45 min before) but its not my fault you cleaned up your station an hour early and/or just were irritated you had to do your job so close to closing. Your workplace you chose to work at closes at 9:30. If you don't like that you have to serve customers up til the end of your shift work somewhere else! Ridiculous behavior for no reason. She would not want to be treated the same therefore there was no reason to treat...

I will not be visiting this location again. I had a young guy assisting me. As he was making my sandwich him and another employee were goofing around and talking which made the process of making my sandwich LONGER!! I had to wait about 2 extra minutes for him to go find lettuce, mind you, he still had on the same gloves when he came back with the lettuce. The veggies they had put out were not fresh. They were soggy with frostbite...

We've gone to this particular Subway many times and these guys always get our order right! Not too many places you can say that about nowadays. We order online and pass up 2 closer Subways just to go to this one. The sandwiches are always well made, exactly as requested, and the staff is really friendly.
