Starbucks — Restaurant in Four Corners States

I went to this location earlier today with me and my sister and was thrown out by a young, ruthless and racist employee with colored hair. She also did not have a name tag which should not be allowed!!! Although, I can describe her as young white woman who was working around 1:17pm - 1:22pm on Sunday, February 11th, 2024. I tried walking inside the establishment and the door was locked, my sister knocked on the door and the employee who had previously opened the door for several white customers refused to let me and my sister (who are Hispanic) inside. After waiting for a whole 3 minutes, she finally opened the door and with anger yelled “can’t you see that we are understaffed, I’m not going to let people like you guys inside right now, just go thru the drive thru, we have other customers that deserve to be in here.” This employee needs to be fired immediately!!! My complicated iced Matcha with coconut milk and 4 pumps vanilla is ALWAYS made wrong, it seems at this location. I always make this my first drink if I order multiple on mobile and this location has “lost” my other drinks,or made mine with dairy too many times to count and today and yesterday there was little to no coconut milk at all-it tasted like it was mixed with water, zero vanilla-it was stark dark green with just a hard bitter tea flavor straight up -I had it fixed yesterday and today i didn’t have time to have them remake -I even tried to be a trooper and keep drinking it as I drove to my destination, praying the flavor was just at the bottom, but every sip was more bitter as the last. I will be going out of my way to order elsewhere -buyers beware to make sure you order directly or inside -seems to be only way you get what you want there. I never received my fresh brewed coffee. Nothing special, just a plain black cup of coffee. My wife received her horchata shaken espresso and grilled cheese sandwich within a few minutes. After another minute she went and asked about my venti black coffee and was told it was coming right out. There was no further communication between us. They could have uploaded us or something explained why it was taking so long for simple brewed coffee. After a total of approximately 22 minutes of wine we decided to leave.
