I WILL NEVER RETURN AGAIN!! I don't know how this woman is still in business or how she even has clients?? I planned my daughter's first quinceanera, and we went to this dress shop for her dress, my dress, and all the suites and dresses of the Madrinas and padrinos. She said one thing, said another, and another. She measured everyone and all of us thinking we would all fit well into our dresses and suites, well let's just say.....WRONG!! WEEK, DAYS, AND ON THE DAY of our daughters quince.. All the pants, jackets, and vests were too tight, too big, wrong undershirt color, vests going sideways, straps of the dresses were falling off, too big or too tight from the front, cups in the dress were either under the arm pit, or under the breast I stead of being on the actual breast area, the front was too low that you had to keep picking up the dress and tightening the back of the dress over and over thru out the night with the dresses of the girls, wire was coming out from the bottom of the dresses, the sequins were falling of my daughters corset. I couldn't wear the belt that went to my dress cause it was broken and my back hooks wouldn't stay closed. It was awful service and very unprofessional work, I will NEVER return and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANYONE TO NOT DO BUSINESS THERE, TAKE TOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE. It was always an excuse for Jenny, oh your arms are too big, oh it's cause your short or too tall, oh cause your big for your size, you tell her the jacket, pants or dress is too big or too tight, her answer: the jacket stretches, the pants adjust from the inside, it was always a story or an excuse for her to Not fix it, and now she doesn't feel none of us deserve a partial refund for her awful and poor service. I don't know how she has a five star rating, must be relatives giving her that type of rating cause my rating isn't even worth a 1, more like...

I have mixed feelings about this place but all in all I'm not satisfied by the misinformation on prices and colors. The first time I went the owner seemed very helpful and i left really happy knowing I was going back to order dresses for my daughters wedding there. Then the young lady got involved and we're given false information. My daughter specifically told her the colors of her wedding and still let my daughter order dresses that were not the right color. My daughter said it was pink and gold and the dresses were silver. After they are ordered no exchanges...nothing! My daughter was told alterations were $55 alterations was done it magically went up to $85. Now the flower girls will not match the wedding. Ugh! Do not trust the young female employee there! The dress in the catalog had a red and gold dress. My daughter asked her if it would be the same embellishments even if she bought pink and again said the colors of her wedding. Horrible Horrible Timing. I have been coming here for the past 10 years, so has my family! Last summer I ordered a dress for our annual Gala. The dress didn’t arrive until the day of the event when I had already bought a back up. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt because I always get my alterations here... so I decided to order my moms bouquet from here. Super expensive and they don’t even provide a cardboard box for it. Which is BS and difficult because I’m flying it out of town with me. It was scheduled that I needed for tomorrow and nothing is ready. They had forgotten about it and even couldn’t find the receipt. I live across town had to drive here twice in hopes of it being ready. Which the lady basically told me I Can leave and come back within an hour. I don’t have time to waste. They told me it was ready earlier and it just had to be picked up but now the person making it is still working on it. After I receive what I Paid for, they lose me as a customer. As well as my family....
