Sushi-lito Food Truck Mexican Sushi — Restaurant in Tucson

I would love to give a real review of this place but I never actually got to place an order. I called to make sure they were open and to inquire about placing an order over the phone and was told to go down to the physical location to order, once I arrived I realized a language barrier was going to be a problem. Unfortunately my Spanish wasn't quite up to the task and the guy taking my order seemed quite annoyed by my presence and told me it was going to be a 2 hour wait halfway through taking my order so I left empty handed and disappointed. I had the Sushi-Lito and it was fantastic! I didn't even know mexican sushi was a thing, but I love it! They take a bit to make the food, but even though it's a food truck they really make it like a sit-down resteraunt with nice outdoor seating. The menu is primarily only in spanish, so if you dont speak the language the live camera feature of the Google Translate app is a must have! Will absolutely come again, but it would be a more accessable option if they added small english translations under the spanish descriptions. Either way, I'm bringing...
