Sushi kito oh my word the worst dining experience!!!!!! If you like to eat yesterday's meat that is dry hard and impossible to chew go ahead and come to this place my wife ordered the nachos with steak she got chips and cheese and beef jerky, no sour cream and the pico de gallo was made of tomatoes and onions only and as we all know pico de gallo has about five ingredients which consists of tomatoes, onions, lime, cilantro, and diced jalapenos I got the burro de carne that also had yesterday's maet which was dry chewy and hard to eat the kind of meat that hurts your teeth to eat the burrito consisted of the following ingredients 1. Meat. THATS IT!! The menu talks about pico de gallo as well as guacamole which my burrito had zero of. We didn't try anything else on the menu and I don't think I'll ever have the chance to try it because judging from the simplest of dishes you can prepare which were very very disappointing I don't even want to try anything else they might have good sushi but I'm not a fan of cooked sushi call me crazy but I've been eating raw sushi all my life ..ha stupid me. Now let me talk about the atmosphere I get it let's make a fun hangout place to sit and eat but Spider-Man Wonder woman and Superman don't quite cut it as a place where adults can sit down and eat it felt more like I was at a Mexican Chuck-E-Cheese with an identity and to top it off there was this game that just kept playing the same music over and over I felt lik mental warfare, the toilet seat was loose unbolted and just sitting on the top of the toilet rim which for the ladies could spell disaster as well as for the men if they have to sit down to the hand-washing station is in the hallway which I've seen before but this was just uncomfortable because the blower was super loud and I was watching people eat as I was blow drying my hands which made it super uncomfortable for me and the people dinning finally the price i dont know about the rest of you but $40 is a lot for what seems like home made nachos and a burrito that was the size of the inside of a toiletries paper roll. I just wish I would have taken photos but believe me when something is good, I say it's good when something is bad I will definitely say it's bad I'm a firm believer in reviews and ratings because we finally have a voice and a platform to use that voice in and save each other the hassle and bad experiences thank you reading this insanely...
Read moreWorst experience ever. It was fight night and me and my family wanted to have sushi for dinner while watching the fight. I had to call like 4 times just to put my order because they don't pick up, and usually I don't mind because my order is correct. The lady who took my order said they would be ready in 1 hr. I had ordered 4 rolls so it was nothing outrageous. Arrived 10 minutes before and the lady said it would be like 10 min more. She then told my husband it was $20. My husband was like no we had 4 Rolls. She said she had accidentally switched our name to a different order. We waited and additional 40+min after that . When she finally called us to pay she would not take my money because she kept saying it was fake money because I was paying with a $100 bill. I was already really upset because I had been waiting for so long. I told her the bill was not fake and to check it but she didn't care, I ended up going to the smoke shop next door and they checked my bill confirmed it was real and gave me 5 $20 bills. I requested to speak to a supervisor or to have the # for the owner and she refused. She told me I can call the store to speak to him. I told her that when I call they don't answer and I usually have to call multiple times and if I can please have a direct #. She still refused so we just took our food and came home. I had to come back and return my food because one of the rolls was wrong. two of my plates had the rolls all over the place like they just threw them in, I would not have mind as much if my order was correct. She then insinuated that I was the one who messed up the plates when you can clearly see they had not been touched and that she had given me an incorrect roll. At this point I was exhausted dealing with her and requested my money back. This by far has been the worst experience ever and I will not be...
Read moreThis was our first visit. The A/C was not working very well so my daughter and I decided to order to take out. Right after we arrived, a very nice person gave us a couple of menus. Once you're ready, you'll have to order your food and pay at the front desk. We ordered the Norteno and the Ramada rolls with two horchatas. The only server was the cashier. He was very friendly and explained us what we asked with great detail. Apparently he only spoke Spanish but one of the cooks spoke English as well. We noticed it when another customer came in and asked for something in English. They both were very friendly with the other customer. Our waiting time was between 20 to 30 minutes which I thought it was too long but when I saw the quality of the food, I think it was worth it. Both rolls were served hot and well presented. We understood that they have to make the rolls, get the stuffing (in our case it was beef, chicken, green chile, cucumber, philly cheese, etc.). Then the roll is deep fried to perfection, not burned, just a perfect gold color. Finally, they put cheese and other veggies on top, and into the oven for a few more minutes to bake it until the cheese is melted but not dripping. The chipotle sauce is one of the very best in town, good smoky chipotle flavor but keeping a nice creamy consistency. We think price is fair. Some people may think it is expensive but if you observe the quality and amount of material used for the food, you may share the same opinion, price is fair. All and all, a great experience. We devoured both rolls at home in Sahuarita, about 25 minutes away. Food was still very hot and tasted great. I highly recommend this place, either to dine in or...
