Update review of Mass today, January 1st: Just left Mass today, January 1st. Beautiful Mass but unfortunately the woman who sings put a damper on the Mass. The volume of her microphone was so loud and she "yell sings" plus the pitch of her voice is shrill. Would be better if the volume of the microphone could be turned down and lower the pitch of her voice. When I left spoke with others who thought her voice was loud. Am sure it is irritating not only to those with hearing issues but also for those with hearing aids.

Not too sure of priest name, has long hair pulled back, every daily mass he does Monday-Friday. During the first reading when he's sitting down he pulls out his cellphone and scrolls through until the first reading is finished. I find this very rude for a priest to be doing during Mass that he's doing. It's not the time or place to be checking one's cellphone! Update: Received your reply, unfortunately it wasn't only one day it was on several days. Sure wasn't following the reading when you see their finger continuously scrolling up...

Im pretty sure to some this place is wonderful but my experience was not what I had expected. I am 8months pregnant and is a single mother of a 6 year old little girl, I have been stuggling to pay rent and have a 5day notice so I went to sacred heart cause everyone said they would help, mind u I have already been turned down by two churches cause I owe to much in rent and the lady I saw at sacred heart was so rude and mean, she made me feel so low. How can u claim to be a follower of the Lord and turn my child and I away in the time of need saying u can help then saying u can't . And I understand if u cant help I will accept it and move on ,I dont beg and I don't like asking for help if u can u can if not ok, but the way this lady turned me away and the way she spoke to the other people had me so loss of words. I just couldn't stay to be put down the way she did. I know I will be ok during this struggle but I hope this lady will find it that there was a different approach she could've used.maybe she was having a bad day...

This is a beautiful church and is very welcoming. It is the only Catholic Church that I found in Tucson that offers Catechism classes for children on Sundays. It is very difficult for me to take her to classes during the week and this helps us alot.
