My 70 yr mother went in sun to buy tortillas and Mon at breakfast saw thy were green dident think much of it bcuz of humidity it happens she walked in with receipt and cashier said go get another pack while my mom was back there she came behind her and said u know u dident get these here but whatever get another pack my elderly mom said I sure did I gave u my receipt she said so that don't mean anything u dident get them here bcuz this orange sticker is never on the tortillas my mom turned around and told her ur acussing me of fraud of lying now customer were standing watching bcuz my mom is old and she said ok be quite get a pack and go my mom said no I don't want nothing gimmie my receipt and walking out my mom passed the new tortillas and pointed out that all the packs had a orange sticker she felt stupid and people were happy to see my mom dident lie and she didn't even say sorry she said just get a new pack and go my mom said me and my entire family and friends are longtime customers thy will be disappointed and I don't want nothing I'm leaving and won't...

I rate this a 5 star because I have nothing bad to say about the store , as it is a really good store to shop at being hispanic I am able to find everything I need to make meals for my family and its close by BUT !!!! The customer service their and Im talking about the ladies that ring you up have no manners what so ever , it seems like they dont enjoy working their and that just ruins the whole store for me , so I will kindly be taking myself to Linda’s meat market where they have the same quality products and the ladies who work their are...

I've gone to this carnicera only 4 times and each time the cashier and other girls there have a bad attitude 😠 I've been nice and smile but there faces ALWAYS lookeas they're pist off! And even as they greet customers there bad attitude faces remain the same! I've always smiled at everyone! And when I worked as a cashier myself I ALWAYS was friendly and courteous to every customer.
