I was surprised with a gift certificate for a 1 hr training flight and just did it this weekend. It was amazing and everything I hoped it would be. I got to sit in the main left pilots seat while instructor Matt was in the right seat. (Matt was a great guy BTW!) We spent time before the flight getting to know the Cessna 172 aircraft and what is done on a preflight inspection. The website was super easy for reserving our flight and the customer service reps were fantastic. We originally signed up for a Seaplane but there was a part that needed to be ordered and instead of canceling altogether, they were able to get us a regular plane with extra time for the issue.
