ALDI — Local services in Tulsa

I love Aldi and always had to drive to Sand Springs or Tulsa Hills until this location opened. But on two different occasions the women with the shaved and died hair was so rude during check out I decided not to go there anymore. She scolded me about how she wants to use not MY cart and that she has to use the cart that was already standing there. I told her that I want to keep using mine because I disinfected the handle when I came inside the store and I don’t want to touch the other cart. She said “I don’t really care I have to use the other cart.” I paid and left in shock. Next time one week later. She was at the register and slammed my items in the cart like she was in a hurry. I know they kinda do it like that at Aldi but not like putting a heavy cutting board and so on on top of chips. I told her please don’t slam my items like that in my cart and she said “that’s how we do it here” LiSTEN! I go to Aldi for over 20 years since I am from Germany and grew up there and that was our go to store. That women is an embarrassment for the entire Aldi name. I went to this store yesterday morning 11/30/22 around 10am. The women at the register (dark hair probably African American) was incredibly rude. I work as a retail store manager and can tell if someone is there for a paycheck only. Not a hello, not even a smile. She scanned my 5 items and there was an issue with the price on one item. She left the box on the register and left to do a price check. She came back didn’t say a single word, adjusted to the right price and slammed that shoe box into my cart so hard it made such a loud bang noise that startled everyone that was standing there. Still not a single word. I paid, got my receipt and she started with the next customer. This is NOT Aldi! Every other location (sand springs for example) the people that work there are nice. The store is usually clean and organized. The prices are great! I like how there is usually a cart in the cart area with a quarter in it. If I forget to being a quarter, I'll use the "free one" and return it to the cart area with the quarter still in. What I don't like about this one is the bathroom. While it is cleaner than other Aldi bathrooms, it does not have a hook or a shelf or anything to hang my purse or my coat while I go. Also, there is not a sanitary way to open the door from thr inside. There are not paper towels, use an air dryer and you have to turn and pull the door to open it from inside.
