Really cute store, and great jewelry selections, however, like many of the comments below, the employees tend to follow you around and make you feel like you're not welcome. You pick up one thing to look at it, and then you're immediately being asked if it can be taken to the fitting room. I wasn't even sure I wanted to try it on yet as I was just looking at the item off the rack. ( Its like they want you to hold nothing whilst looking around) The South Tulsa Location is by far the worst about giving zero acknowledge to customers. One girl specifically that is always there (Blonde named Makenzie I believe) just recently watched me walk in while she was at the counter and then turn right back around without a word. She is used on almost all the advertising so you'd think she'd be more friendly. Especially seeing as though I was there to inquire about a top I seen her wearing via social media. I usually shop at the Broken Arrow store and have always had a good experience. I was on this side of town for work so I just went in on my lunch break. I was the only person in there and there were 3 associates working. Not one of them said a word to me. One girl was steaming clothes and another associate was talking to her and I was shopping right beside them and they never even looked up at me to greet me or anything. This is not a store I typically shop in, I had received a gift and wanted to make it even more me, Makenzie helped me and I feel she went above and beyond to fix my bracelet to perfection. I was impressed with the store, the selection , the service, the products, and want to come back soon for more shopping. I am thrilled with my bracelet and will wear daily.
