The shadiest place. The owner of this store also owns the phone repair place next door. My niece took her phone there after she dropped it in the toilet having a contraction. (it happens) She had the insurance, but instead of telling her to call the insurance company, they charged her $75 to "fix" her phone and told her to come back hours later. When we returned, they said they had to replace the motherboard and wanted to charge her more money. When I asked about the insurance and why they didn't go through that, they claimed that they didn't see that she was paying the $5 extra per month for insurance. It turns out that what they did to the phone was not approved because they couldn't activate the phone with the new motherboard in it. So she had to go through the insurance company. The owner of the store only gave her back $50 of the money she paid him earlier. (What did she pay for?) So now they're caught in this con, they offered to call the insurance company for us while we were there. (why couldn't they have done that when she came in earlier?) The return was approved and her deductible was only $20. The owner was still trying to be shady when the insurance person was giving us the approval and return process. When we asked for the phone to be returned, the owner gave the old phone back with a very cracked screen (that wasn't that way when she brought it in) Their response. "Oh it cracks when we tried to take it off, and the Insurance company doesn't care. They'll just replace your phone" I have advised my niece that if her phone breaks again to call the insurance company directly. I'm so disappointed that this store and this owner took advantage of her. She just had a baby and was just trying to get her phone fixed. As a Boost customer, I would have hoped that they would have advised her to contact the insurance company on her first visit, and not charge her for repairs that didn't happen. Don't go to this place unless you want...

I dropped my phone and this business came highly recommended. I work evenings so I wasn’t able to pick up that evening I dropped off. They never called to notify me it was ready to be picked up. After finally picking up my phone the screen that was used was defective. They tried to convince me there was nothing wrong with the screen even though I was unable to use my phone and it was sticking lagging and freezing. I came back in because I wasn’t allowed to use my phone with the screen they used to fix it. A couple days after getting the second replacement my screen cracked under the screen protector they put on my phone without being dropped or anything. I have an iPhone 13 Pro Max I’ve had since 2021 and I just cracked it in 2025 and I’ve never had this many issues with a phone let alone my phone I’ve had all these years. I went to visit the store because I remember they had phones and the guy working wasn’t very knowledgeable on where the phones came from and if they were new or not. During my visit I was gaslit and they tried getting me to say I had dropped my phone even though I never dropped it. The screen protector cracked. The picture quality of the screen used is horrible. My pictures are poor quality and images or videos I look at are pixelated. If I could give this business one star I definitely would. I do not recommend this store. I dropped my phone causing the touch screen to quit working and the phone displaying it was overheating. My wife and I took the phone to Phone Xperts too see if it could be repaired on a Saturday at 5:40pm. Paid the price for a new digitizer and screen replacement and was told it would be fixed within a couple hours. 1.5 hours later the phone is fixed!! On a Saturday evening, no less!!! But wait, there's more!! Not only was the phone fixed, come to find out the digitizer screen had simply came unplugged internally during the drop. Being the honest shop they are, the price of the digitizer screen replacement part was deducted from the price and only paid labor. Absolute honesty and integrity coupled with excellent customer service from the Phone Xperts Team. We were greeted warmly entering the store and felt appreciated as customers! The team has a collective experience level of over 50yrs repairing personal devices. I could have simply been charged the full price and I would have been none the wiser and still would have been quite happy with having my phone fixed so quickly. I am a faithful customer from this day forward and will absolutely be recommending the team at Phone Xperts to anyone needing repairs!...
