La Hacienda Market — Restaurant in Tulsa

This looks like a mom and pop business.. They serve authentic Mexican food here, not TexMex, and it is all good. Very good. This is not a fancy place to eat but it is quiet and welcoming and inexpensive too. They also have a small market there with a few fresh veggies and some steaks and such.

I was served by a gracious woman whose English was not great, but then, neither is mine. I liked here immediately.

This restaurant shows up on Google maps as a buffet and that isn’t right. There is a steam table and they build your order from it for you and it is not all you can eat. But I went away full and I am a big eater.

This place environment is not the best i see alot of crack heads always asking for money outside. The restuarant seating is kinda to close and small. The service at this place depends on if you get to go or dinning in. If you get to go they try to get your order out asap and usually don't mess up. If you sit down the servers take a good while to come back if you asked for something and will go and bring one thing even though you ask for serval and just forget. The food here is decent home made...

This isn’t a ‘fine dining’ experience but it is a warm and welcoming family friendly place to relax and enjoy good food. It is quiet, clean and inexpensive.

Plus, there is a small market with some fresh veggies, meat, drinks and snacks.
