I ordered a pizza from Pizza Hut as my husband was about to be released from the hospital after a surgery. I knew he would be starving. He specifically asked for a meat lovers large pizza, pan crust, extra crispy and with butter garlic on the crust. I picked him up and drove to the Pizza Hut I thought was right next door to my hotel...nope. I got there and the guy called me to tell me he didn't see my car in the parking lot. As he was suppose to bring my pizza to my trunk of my car. I was given a different address and had to drive my poor drugged up husband all the way to the other side of town to go into the store and pick up my two pizza's. I ordered a pepperoni and pineapple, extra pepperoni and extra pineapple, with butter garlic on the crust, extra crispy. I also had to pay a dollar for a shaker of cheese which was very cute. But in my opinion they should be offered one free for every $20.00 you spend on your pizza. I paid like $43.00. I think that would be fair. Pizza's at Pizza hut are extremely pricey for what the product actually are. But are also extremely great tasting if cooked correctly. This store did a spot on job. I would recommend having a better app option on the Pizza Hut app, to be able to see where the customer is exactly and where the nearest restaurant is. The restroom was just cleaned. And both the lady that cooked my pizza, and the delivery driver that walked in while I was there were very courteous. Wish I could get coupons to be able to order more pizza's more often. It's way to expensive for me to buy more than once or twice a year on my disabled income which is fixed income just like seniors. We don't get thought of because we are younger. But we get the same checks really. Hopefully restaurants will start thinking about disabled fixed income people for discounts also. I also recommend that the butter garlic be much stronger in...
ย ย ย Read moreThe only reason why The SHOPPING CENTER got a 2 star is because there is no company on that lot that will allow you to use the restroom period. I even tried the medical facility Oak st Healthcare and they told me I had to be a patient of theirs. Laundry mats normally don't have public restrooms. The bank the phone store the grocery store any store the liquor store tax services NO ONE WILL LET YOU USE THE RESTROOM AT THE SPRINGDALE SHOPPING CENTER. OR ANY NEIGHBORING BUSINESSES ACROSS THE STREET. SO NEED TO USE THE RESTROOM BEFORE YOU GO TO PINE AND LEWIS!!! PERIOD!! SOME PEOPLE DON'T HAVE A CAR/PERSONAL TRANSPORTATION TO DRIVE UP THE ROAD especially when doing laundry and groceries. I'm on foot where am I supposed to pee? Not a porta potty anywhere. Really I get mad every time I have to come to this area/location. It wouldn't be so bad if they actually had a public restroom on the Springdale shopping center. It's bad enough they don't let adults use the bathroom but it's even worse when no child can use the restroom. It's giving me a headache...
ย ย ย Read moreCheap machines but HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! One of their washers completely destroyed a shirt of mine. I told the attendant and he called the "owner"/manager, whoever and I was basically told "Not our problem, pay attention to the signs (they read NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGED ARTICLES), ok I get it, but my point was to inform them of a machine that was clearly needing some service. It was not to have them replace or pay for my shirt. But instead of listening and possibly preventing this from happening to another customer, he immediately dismissed my statement, became defensive and walked away as if I were the problem. So my advice, go two blocks down to the next laundromat. This...
