I ordered 2 pizzas and soda at 8:30pm, called to follow up at 9:38pm, they told me to let them know when the driver arrives and I would get a discount. Called them again at 10:08pm first they said they would give me 50% off and then they changed their mind and said it would be free....still no pizza. FINALLY at 10:51pm the pizza showed up but no soda. The driver called the store because I told him they said it would be free and he spoke to the manager Gary and finally left the food. When my kids opened it all the pizza was cold and the boxes soggy. Plus it was 2 and half hours late and we were missing our drinks and any cheese or pepper. So I called again and after waiting on hold they said, we'll your order was free so we can either give you a credit for next time or we can resend your order. My kids and I already waited for about 3 hours so I told her I would take the credit, she put me on hold again and then when she got back on the line informed me they already sent the order back out and it was free of charge. It was nearly midnight before our hot pizza arrived. We ended up throwing 3 pizzas away because we were just staying at the hotel for the night. Who needs 4 pizzas at midnight? After a couple days I checked my credit card statement and saw they had still charged me. I waited a couple more days to see if it would be refunded....no such luck. I have called 3 times and finally the last time the woman said she put in a ticket for corporate to call me, she said it would only take a couple days. It's been a month and still no word from them. Terrible service overall. From the call center to the manager of the branch (Gary) and the driver as well apparently corporate as well since they can't handle customer issues in a timely manner or...
Read moreOrdered online with giving delivery an extra 10 minutes to only be greeted with pizza that looked Ross around and wings not cooked well done either ask to have it taken back I was told I’d have to call store to get it fixed or take it up there and be out of the delivery charge and it’s not even about the charge but to call and be told it be hour and a half to get the order right after waiting a 35 minutes past the delivery time I was given. I do have understanding of issues but don’t pass scheduling problems to a customer no customer cares about anything else that doesn’t matter at the time at hand. Once again you had me and now you lost me. Done seems as if the shift leader (Brittney) is in charge of scheduling but makes the customer wait for a trade for hard earned money for cold pizza. If a customer asks for a refund just give the customer a refund and I truly think no customer should have to travel to get a refund after exchanging cash in hand of delivery putting the customer out of time I mean that’s why you have delivery here hello!! But I didn’t ask for a credit and all of a sudden I was told by the Tennessee call center that one was just posted by the pine and Lewis location shift leader Brittney. Melissa is the GM and I think I will take this further with corporate. Don’t order unless you want a bad service from a call center in Tennessee with guys named Carl going on about that it’s illegal to record a conversation ha ha hello your already recording the conversation through the call center or from the location of 1614 n Lewis , order delivered or a cold pizza 🍕.I don’t even want anything from this company or even a call back from the manager or the Area Manager I think I’ll just go above and be gone from the nonsense...
Read moreI ordered my pizza around 5 pm in the afternoon. They said it would take 40 mins to deliver. At 6 pm I called to find out where the pizza was and was told ours was the next up. When the pizza wasn't there by 7 pm I called again and was told our order was cancelled. When someone finally talked to a manger they said the order would be delivered in another hour. When the pizza wasn't here at 8 pm I called to cancel the order. They lady on the phone was very nice and assured me that our meal was free, but that they would still deliver the pizza since it was already out for delivery. At 9 pm the pizza was still not here and I received a phone call letting me know the store was out of dough. The only thing I can recommend about this Pizza Hut is that the people I talked to on the phone were polite. However, in 4 hours they could not get the pizza to us and then ran out of dough. This is not the first time this has happened with this particular branch. We had a similar experience last month. It seems that if the store is busy you are out of luck. I hope others have a better experience than we did. In the mean time, we will be taking our business...
